As founder of multiple startup technology companies, Albanna has many years of experience managing and growing public and private companies. With a keen ability to turn concepts into well capitalized ventures, his first startup was acquired by a NASDAQ-listed company in 2000 and was later involved in a reverse merger transaction on the American Stock Exchange.
As CEO of Actiga Corporation, now Avisio, Inc., Albanna directed the development of active motion video game controllers for the Microsoft Xbox and Sony Playstation consoles, and the subsequent adoption of

a new direction and business model for the company. He's also a business consultant specializing in capital formation growth via M&A and joint ventures, strategic planning, global sales and marketing, and business development in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Albanna’s expertise has been recognized by numerous awards including a United States Presidential Citation Award and a Small Business of the Year Award. He serves on various boards such as CSU’s Center for Entrepreneurship and the City of Riverside’s SmartRiverside initiative. His professional affiliations include the University of Southern California Trojans CEO Forum, the Riverside Technology CEO Forum, and the Tech Coast Angels.

Hutchins is a seasoned cross-functional executive with many years of experience managing public and private companies, including several start-ups. Medical Advisory Systems, Inc. (AMEX:Sub) and Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Medical Advisory Systems, Inc. (AMEX), leading provider of 24-hour medical consultations and ancillary medical services provided to ships-at-sea, remote locations, and aircraft worldwide, as well as, a provider of internet-based, one-on-one, confidential, medical information chats between physicians and consumers.
In addition to this, Hutchins has served as founder, entrepreneurial principal or in a senior management capacity for several successful private companies.
An accomplished speaker and regarded as a master instructor/trainer with over 25 years of experience speaking on and teaching a variety of topics including business, leadership, crisis management, decision-making/problem solving, Train-the–Trainer, public speaking, medical-related, and personal development.
Dedicated to life-long public service, Hutchins serves/served as an active member of a number of charitable and human service organizations. He has utilized his varied business and entrepreneurial experience to further benefit his community having served as Chair of the Southern Maryland Regional Technology Council, and as a board member of the State Economic Development Board, Technology Subcommittee and the Southern Maryland Applied Research Consortium.
